Space Availability - Hofheimer Library Academic Year Hours

Study Room information:

• Reservations are forfeited 15 minutes after the start time if no member of the group is present.
• Groups reservations take priority over individual use of study rooms.
• Any reservation that violates these policies will be deleted from the system.
• Students who need to view 'Library Use Only' reserve DVDs and VHS tapes for class have priority over those not using tv equipment.
• Priority use of Study Room 4 will be given to students practicing presentations. If you would like to reserve Study Room 4 for presentation practice, please email library@vwu.edu

3-3-3-3 policies for reserving and using Study Rooms:  

• 3 days in advance allowed for reservations.
• 3 hours is maximum reservation time.  
• 3 reservations per week per GROUP
